Hello, I am Rupanjali Grover, an ICF- ACC Coach who is successfully impacting lives of my clients and being a catalyst in their growth and supporting them in achieving their goals. I have been an IT professional, an entrepreneurs, mom of 2 wonderful boys and a mentor to many business owners and all these varied life experiences has enabled me understand the aspects of life and human dynamics.
I am an empathetic person, an active listener and my focus is always the betterment of those who put their faith in me. I have more than 136 hours of training, more than 4 years of coaching experience and have clocked more than 500 hours of coaching. I am a firm believer of being a life-long learner, so I continuously engage myself with any learning opportunity I may get, which enables me to show up in a better way each time, for my clients.
My story
I never believed in settling for less, I still do not.
When I was a mid-career, working mother of 2 toddlers, my husband moved us to a new country where I found myself not getting work due to visa issues for myself. I saw so many educated women from CA, dentists, architects etc giving up on their dreams and they constantly told me my efforts are a waste- but I was not ready to give up on myself. But on top of this all- COVID hit !
Still not ready to give up, I stumbled upon Coaching and it came as a guiding light in my life at that moment. I could connect to so many aspects of this intervention. I finally felt alive and it gave me a sense of purpose. All my innate traits of empathy, believing in people, being non-judgmental towards others, came handy to my ability in being a coach.
I wanted to be the coach I never had, for others. So, no one struggles in silence, and I am so happy with my decision.
